Communication Terms
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Overview
These Communication Terms explain how AIQWACKER may use SMS, messaging, and related communication channels for business communication, updates, reminders, replies, demo coordination, support, and customer interaction.
Sender Identity
Messages may identify the sender as AIQWACKER, Qwacker, or another approved sender identity connected to the business communication workflow.
Consent And Use
By providing a phone number or requesting communication through a form, demo request, account workflow, support request, or other approved opt-in path, you authorize AIQWACKER to contact you about the related business request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing unless the specific service requires communication to operate.
Businesses using Qwacker-powered communication workflows are responsible for presenting and honoring the consent, opt-out, and compliance language approved for their own customers, use case, and messaging platform.
Message Frequency And Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your request, conversation, account activity, service status, workflow activity, or support need. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out
When supported by the messaging channel, you may reply STOP to opt out of further text messages from that sender. After opting out, you may still receive messages that are legally required or necessary to complete an already requested business transaction where permitted.
Help And Support
When supported by the messaging channel, you may reply HELP for help. You may also request help through the Contact Us page.
Privacy And Website Terms
Communication information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Website use is also governed by the Terms of Use.
Carrier And Platform Limits
Message delivery can be affected by carriers, providers, filtering, blocked numbers, device settings, outages, unsupported content, or incorrect contact information. AIQWACKER does not guarantee delivery of every message.
